Pulse: the health of your week
Booked time, focus capacity, fragmentation and daily load — facts derived from your events that show where your time actually goes.

Calendar → Pulse reads your calendar back to you as facts. Every line is a fact about the events in this window — select one to go to the events behind it.
The measures#
| Measure | Means |
|---|---|
| Booked time | Wall-clock time committed to events, with overlaps counted once |
| Focus capacity | Unbroken time left for focused work |
| Fragmentation | Gaps under 30 minutes — free on paper, unusable in practice |
| Daily load | How full each day is |
| This week by slot | When in the day your time is taken |
Choose the window — this week, the last 14 days or the last 30 days — and see where the time goes by kind: meetings, all-day events, task deadlines, project deadlines and holidays.
Calendar health#
The Overview's calendar health score summarises the same measures for the week and names what is pulling it down — Nothing is pulling this score down when the week is balanced. What stands out lists anything unusual, such as a day far busier than the rest.
Using it#
- Protect focus: if fragmentation is high, cluster meetings into fewer blocks.
- Before accepting a new commitment, check daily load for that week.
- Ask Donna about your schedule — she reads the same events.
