Projects → Analysis looks across your projects for delivery risk: which are healthy, which are slipping, and how the team's work is flowing.
What it shows#
- Health and progress across projects.
- Status breakdown — how many projects are in progress, completed, blocked or overdue.
- Efficiency metrics — the completion rate and the overdue rate of tasks.
- Delivery confidence and delivery risks detected — for example, how many projects are showing schedule slippage.
- Team capacity warnings when the load outruns the team.

Team workload#
Projects → People shows each person's active load with a heavy-load or overloaded marker, and the team's average — useful before you assign new work.
