Overview
CRM
The people and companies you do business with, the opportunities in progress, and everything that happened between you — named in your business’s own words.
On this page
CRM holds the people and companies you do business with, the opportunities you are working on, and the history between you. It is the relationship record every other module refers to: Finance bills CRM contacts, projects link to them, Reach enrols them, and their conversations appear on their record.

Three kinds of record#
- People (contacts) — a person, with lifecycle stage, owner, next action, scores and history.
- Companies — an organization, with the people linked to it.
- Opportunities — a potential sale or engagement, with a value, a pipeline stage, an expected close date and the people involved.
A person can belong to a company; an opportunity links to the people and company involved, each with a role.
CRM speaks your business's language#
CRM adapts more than any other module. Depending on your workspace:

The records and features are the same in every case. See How Unobits adapts to your business.
