Owner approvals#
When someone other than the Owner changes something sensitive — the organization’s identity, branding, the AI or call policy, security or billing, or an owner-sensitive permission — the change is not applied. It waits in Access → Owner approvals, and the person sees that it was sent to the Owner. The Owner approves or rejects it, with an optional note.
