- the Owner, or anyone with View audit trail ⚑, Manage organization settings ⚑ or Access admin console ⚑
Resources#
- Storage used against the workspace’s allowance.
- Seats in use against the plan’s seats and any extra seats.
- Credits used this billing month, and what used them — campaign email and texts, research, Donna, automations and call processing all draw on the one balance.
Donna usage#
Every person has their own monthly AI allowance, so one person running out never locks anyone else out. The table shows each person’s use against their allowance and what they used it on, plus What AI is used for and Who’s using the most.
To change someone’s allowance, type a number under Change allowance and choose Set. Leave it empty to go back to the plan’s default.
