Where to find Donna
The Home prompt, the Donna flyout that follows you across the app with its personal settings, and the assist actions inside Chat and other modules.

Donna appears in three places, and they are deliberately different: a quick prompt on Home, the full assistant in a flyout that follows you around the app, and small assist actions inside modules.
The Home prompt#
Home has one input and a few prompt suggestions. Ask a question, get an answer floating over Home. It is the front door: for attachments, voice or a longer conversation, open the flyout.
The Donna flyout#
The flyout is the full Donna, available on every page. It has tabs for Chat, History, Files and Settings, and a composer that takes:
- typed messages;
- attachments — paste, drag and drop, or choose files and photos;
- voice notes — speak and she replies briefly, as if talking back.
Because it stays open as you move between pages, she knows where you are and can use what is on screen as context.
Your Donna settings#
The flyout’s Settings tab is yours alone:

Inside modules#
- Chat — tag Donna in a conversation, summarise a thread, or get a draft reply. She is not a conversation in your chat list.
- Ask Donna buttons — Bookings, Reservations, Reach and other pages offer a question already written for that page, such as “Look at today’s bookings: who is coming, what is waiting for approval, and where we have free time I could fill.”
- Email, notes and the editor — summaries, drafts and smart replies.
