Overview
Portals
Give clients and outsiders a window into exactly the part of your workspace they need — conversations, shared files and project plans — without a seat.
On this page
A portal is a window into your workspace for people outside your team — a client, a vendor, a project’s stakeholders — showing only what you choose, and letting them do only what you allow.

How a portal works#
- Contextwhat of yours it reaches — a client, a project, a file or folder
- Moduleswhich sections it shows — overview, projects, tasks, files, messages, invoices, calendar, approvals, budget
- Peoplewho can sign in, and until when
- Accesswhat each person may do in each module — never more than you may do yourself
- Linksshare links that let someone in without an account
Each portal has its own address, https://<portal>.unobits.app. A portal that has expired says so, rather than showing an error.
