Invite someone#
Start#
In People, choose Invite person.
Fill in who they are#
Name and email. Choose an Access preset to start from — Sales, Accountant, Operations — and fine-tune the permissions below it. Add them to Working groups.
Set a temporary password#
Generate one, or type it.
Share the credentials#
Unobits shows the email, temporary password and sign-in address. Choose Email to user to send them, or share them securely yourself. They should change the password after first signing in.
Each person takes a seat. When you have used them all, add seats in Billing or upgrade.
Edit someone#
Select a person to see their role, groups, permissions, company route access and the storage they use. Use Full editor for everything at once. Changing an owner-sensitive permission waits for the Owner.
Disable or remove#
- Disable stops someone signing in, keeping everything they made. Re-enable them any time.
- Remove user deletes them permanently. The Owner cannot be removed.
Groups#
Groups organize people into teams. Create and edit them here, and add people to them when you invite or edit someone. Anyone with View groups can see them.
