Live and private modes
Work live with collaborators’ cursors on the canvas, or privately in a draft until you go live; comment, and give people editor, viewer or admin access.

Live and private#
The Live / Private switch at the top decides how your edits are shared:
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Live | Changes are shared in real time. You see collaborators’ cursors moving in their own colours |
| Private | You work alone. Your edits save to a personal draft; everyone else keeps seeing the last shared version |
Going live makes your current board the shared version everyone sees, then clears your private draft. If you leave in private mode, your draft is waiting when you come back.
Share a board#
Choose Share. Invite teammates by email and give each a role:

The board’s Owner is the person who created it. Board link copies a link to it.
Comments#
Pin a comment anywhere on the board, and reply in a thread.
