Troubleshooting
Contact support
What to include so support can help quickly, where to send it, and how to check whether a problem is on our side.
On this page
If these pages did not solve it, we will. Telling us a few things up front saves a round of questions.
Check whether it is us#
Look at the status page first. If something is down, there is nothing you need to do.

Use the contact page.
What to include#
- What you were doing, and what you expected to happen.
- What happened instead — the exact message, or a screenshot.
- The page address from your browser. It tells us the organization and area without exposing anything else.
- When it happened, with your time zone.
- Whether it happens every time, and for colleagues too.
For an automation, include its name and the time of the failed run. For a booking or invoice, include its reference.
