Notebooks keep notes together by subject, with checklists that roll up into one list of open items.

Notes and notebooks#

Create a notebook, then notes inside it. A note can hold text, headings, checklists, tables, dividers and file attachments. Add tags, Duplicate this note or Delete this note.

Open items#

Unticked checklist items from every note in a notebook appear together under Open items, so nothing gets lost in an old note.

Donna in notes#

  • Write with Donna… — say what to write; her text arrives as a change you accept or reject.
  • Summarize and Expand the selected text.
  • Extract tasks — turn the actions in a note into tasks.
