Booking pages

Booking pages are the addresses customers book through: which booking types each offers, which websites may use it, and its 30-day funnel.

For owners and adminsUpdated 2 November 2026

A booking page is how customers book you from your website. It says which booking types they can choose and which websites may use it, and it measures how many people who pick a time go on to book.

Create a booking page#

Start a page#

Choose New booking page. You need at least one booking type first; a page offers one or more of them.

Name it#

Give it a Title such as “Book a treatment”. The Web address name is made from the title if you leave it empty: letters, numbers and dashes only.

Choose what customers can book#

Tick the booking types the page offers.

Allow your websites#

Under Websites that may use it, list each website address, one per line. Requests from any other website are refused. With none listed, only the Unobits app can use the page.

Is it working?#

Each page shows its last 30 days as a funnel: people who picked a time, people who booked, and people who kept the booking. The top of the page sums every page: “In the last 30 days 40 people picked a time on your booking pages and 31 finished booking.”

Take a page offline#

Take offline stops new bookings through the page. People who already booked can still use their manage links. Put back online reopens it.

What happens when a customer books#

  1. They pick a type and a time. The time is held for 10 minutes while they finish.
  2. They give their name, email and, optionally, phone, and answer the type’s questions.
  3. The booking is confirmed — or waits for approval if the type needs it — and the person booked is notified, by booking type, never by the customer’s name. With nobody assigned, Owners and Admins are notified.
  4. The customer gets a private manage link to see, move or cancel their booking, until the type’s cutoff. It stops working 30 days after the booking.

A new customer becomes a contact. Someone already in your contacts is matched only by the same email or phone, never by name.
